SCO Vs. IBM

I have been following the SCO case now ever since it started. I am a big Linux fan and enjoy having it on my computers. I have not had a problem with viruses or any of the other items that plague Windows users. Well today IBM won the first round with SCO in the case about IBM putting code into Linux that was owned by SCO. SCO has not to this date, and this started back in March, shown us any code that IBM put into Linux. A good site that has keep up on the legal side of this case is Groklaw. The latest article covering the loss of SCO is here. There is another good article here, that gives a good overview of American history. I plan on reading more when i get home and visiting the sites that are linked to in the article.
